71 Queen Victoria Street

Client: Far East Facades (UK) Limited

The client's first enquiry was for rooflight panels to be bonded on-site. Following a site visit and inspection, we confirmed that these works could be carried out on-site within the time constraints (approximately 100m²).

A further enquiry resulted in a request to carry out structural bonding works within our factory involving some rather large single-laminated panels with quantities (over 700m²) in a specified space of time.  Again, we confirmed this could be done and within the time constraints and delivery schedules required.

It was suggested that as we had carried out the bonding works for a significant amount of this project , that we could then also complete the necessary weathersealing application to the stipulated high standards required by the main contractor (over 3000 linear metres).

Further to the main contractor viewing the sealant works that were carried out on the glazed facades, they then requested that the internal sealant works within the toilet areas be completed by ourselves too.
